How can I get help for a family member/friend?

Navigator Care Specialists advise friends and family of people struggling with drug and alcohol use on what care options are available for their loved one. We can guide you on how to start the conversation with your loved one about getting help. If they want to make this change, we will book them for a same- or next-day evaluation at a center that has a program that is appropriate for them when they call us. We will connect you with a network of support designed to help friends and family of those with substance-use disorders (SUD).

If you’d both like to call us together, we will help find your loved one the most appropriate care. You can also call us yourself to get some tips on how to encourage and support your loved one to call us back and get an evaluation appointment scheduled.
